Jeremy Drzal is CEO, co-founder, and Chairman of WYoFi. Prior to starting WYoFi, Mr. Drzal was Founder and Managing Director of BLOCK512, LLC a global blockchain strategy consulting firm where he led a team providing blockchain transformation, go-to-market expansion, M&A Advisory, and innovative compliant token offerings.
Jeremy has a successful record executing growth strategies and global operations for financial services and related technology companies of all sizes. His solutions design, strategy and support has assisted clients expand operations, clients, and revenue internationally. He has assisted and advised clients in their efforts to raise over $400M in both traditional finance and alternative digital assets.
Jeremy’s career has focused on bridging the gap between legacy system and advanced technology with new business models to enhance payment, loyalty, fraud, risk and compliance solutions with emerging technologies to capture new markets. He has successfully developed integrated solutions, launched new programs, and expanded markets globally. His experience spans many verticals including FinTech, RegTech, Retail, Smart Cities, Sports and Entertainment across a network of clients and partners in over 50 countries.
Paul Quigley is the CTO of WYo Fi bringing over 25 years of enterprise technology experience in compliance and regulated industries including healthcare and banking. He has been an early adopter of complex adaptive systems and blockchain; recognized the value of KYC/AML and the lack of security in consumer behavioral, financial, clinical and IoT data. He is exploring selective application of blockchain technology, machine learning and artificial intelligence to augment decision-making.
Paul brings entrepreneurial leadership, strategic, operating and implementation experience from four start-up companies, one IPO and one private exit. Paul spent over 10 years at the International Consulting firms of Ernst & Young and Accenture in their respective Emerging Technologies Practices. He was a member of the International Blockchain Lab for Philips Healthcare, in the Netherlands examining the global impact of Blockchain across all of Philips product Lines. Paul was a Governor-appointee (2018) to the Colorado Council for the Advancement of Blockchain Technology.
An Honors graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Fintech/Blockchain Certificate Program, his MBA is in Entrepreneurship and Finance from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, Babson College and is an Honors graduate of Northeastern University, College of Health Sciences. He is also an Instructor at Harvard University’s Graduate Extension School and co-teaches a course about Breakthrough Innovation with Blockchain Technology.
Todd Gustafson is the CFO of WYoFi and has 35 years of experience in the financial services industry including over 20 years in CFO roles. Todd is also the Founder and Managing Principal of FinGrowth Advisors LLP, a consulting firm that provides executive-level advisory services to banks, credit unions, FinTechs and other financial services organizations.
As a financial institution senior executive and key business advisor, Todd has focused on building strong teams, improving performance and growing the business. He’s had measurable success in developing and executing strategic plans, expanding growth and profitability, and creating best practice disciplines. In addition to his considerable financial institution background, he’s had significant experience working with non-banking financial services organizations and FinTechs. He’s also been responsible for leading start-ups, business lines, mergers and acquisitions, product and growth initiatives and strategic partnerships.
In addition to his CFO responsibilities at WYoFi, Todd provides CFO services to a start-up FinTech that is utilizing blockchain technologies to develop identity solutions for a worldwide digital exchange network. Todd is a CPA (inactive) and holds a B.S.-Accounting degree from Bradley University.
Dan is a Financial Services Executive with over 25 years of management and leadership experience with a focus on Business Transformation and Continuous Improvement in Operations & Technology. As the leader of Enterprise Program Management Offices for Fortune 100 companies, he has successfully set standards and driven adoption of methodologies and tools that support program execution across large, distributed teams.
Dan has been materially involved in transformational initiatives with companies such as Ernst & Young, Capgemini, Merrill Lynch, Allstate, American Express Financial Advisors, Citigroup, TIAA CREF, City National Bank, Bank of America Merchant Services, and Erie Insurance.
Complementary to two decades servicing global financial institutions, Dan also has entrepreneurial experience with variety of start-ups and small businesses, including ventures in Technology, Media, Agriculture, and Food Service.
WYo Financial will be leading the global blockchain banking and qualified custody market through the Wyoming framework.
